What you should know

For us, transparency is a basic principle of working together.

We are not a bank and we do not grant loans.
We do not make decisions to approve or refuse. The final decision belongs solely to the lender concerned.
Our services do not replace specialist advice from a lawyer, an engineer or another qualified professional.
We give no guarantee about the approval of financing, the amount, the interest rate or how long the process takes.

A transparent fee policy

Our help in obtaining financing carries no fee for you.

We are paid by the bank, through a commission on each loan granted following our intermediation.

If you would like extra support, such as gathering and handling documents or help with a debt settlement process, you can choose separate, optional paid services.

The cost of each additional service is disclosed in writing before we start working together. Choosing these services or not does not affect how your financing request is considered.
