The financing process often requires gathering documents, obtaining certificates and dealing with outstanding matters. Through the additional services of our accounting firm, we support you in handling the necessary documents and in putting specific financial matters in order.
Our help in obtaining financing is provided at no fee to you. The services set out below are separate, optional and charged on their own, depending on the needs of each case.
1. Gathering and organising documents
We gather, organise and check the supporting documents required, with the aim of a file that is as complete and well organised as possible.
We support you in collecting the necessary documents, so that delays and repeated steps are kept to a minimum.
Applies to: Mortgage, business and agricultural loans.
Fee: €100 for individuals and sole traders, excluding VAT. For companies, we give a personalised quotation, depending on the volume and complexity of the work.
2. Support with Tiresias and debt settlement
We support you in gathering and reviewing the available information about your credit record, and in dealing with selected outstanding financial matters.
The aim is for you to have a clearer picture of what is outstanding and of the steps that may be needed before a financing request is considered.

The scope of the work and the final cost are set once we have looked at your needs.
How the process works
- You send an enquiry. You choose the services you are interested in when you submit your request, or you contact us directly.
- You receive a written quotation. We tell you the cost and the scope of the work for your case.
- You decide without commitment. Work starts only after you accept the quotation. There is no charge for simply sending an enquiry.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to choose any additional services?
- No. All the additional services are optional. You can go ahead with your financing request without choosing any of them. Choosing them is not a condition of our intermediation, and it does not guarantee a different assessment by the lender.
What do the services cost?
- The fee is €100 for individuals and sole traders, excluding VAT. For companies, the cost is set by a personalised quotation, depending on the volume and nature of the work required. In every case, you are told the cost in writing before we start working together.
When is payment made?
- Sending an enquiry creates no financial obligation. We start working together only after you have been told the cost and have accepted the quotation.
Do the services secure the approval of the loan?
- No. Approving or refusing a request is solely the lender’s decision. Organising the documents properly and dealing with outstanding matters can help you be better prepared, without guaranteeing that the financing is approved.
