Cookie policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Here you can see exactly which ones we use, why, for how long, and how to change your mind.

What we ask you

We use Google Analytics to measure:

  • how many people visit the website and which pages they read;
  • how quickly the pages load;
  • whether you use the repayment calculator, and which button brought you to the form;
  • at which step of the form you stop, which of its fields shows an error, and which additional services interest you.

Separately, in the “Advertising” category, we use the Meta Pixel to measure which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring visits and enquiries: which pages you open and that an enquiry was sent, with nothing of what you wrote in it.

Never what you write in the form or the amounts in the calculator. Nothing loads unless you press “Accept” — the message at the bottom of the page. If you press “Reject”, no statistics or advertising cookie is stored and the website works exactly the same. In “Settings” you choose each category separately.

We remember your choice for 12 months in your browser, not in a cookie, so that refusing does not itself store anything. After that we ask you again.

In the same way, and only on your device, we remember whether you chose the dark or the light theme. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us and it needs no consent.

Where the statistics go

Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as a processor on our behalf, with the IP address anonymised. It may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Where the advertising data goes

Meta Pixel data is received by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. For collecting it on this website and passing it to Meta, we and Meta are joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR). For what Meta does with it afterwards, Meta alone is responsible. It may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

How to change your choice

Press — the link is also at the bottom of every page. The message appears again and you can choose differently. Withdrawing consent takes effect from the next page you load.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The website works normally without statistics or advertising cookies.

Legal framework

Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006, as in force, and the General Data Protection Regulation. For the personal data you give through the form, see the Privacy policy.
