Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the website daneio-online.gr and your communication with us. By using the website, you accept them.

Who we are

The website is owned and run by daneio-online.gr © 2026 · powered by TAXVILLE, registered office Mavrommataion 6, 106 82 Athens, Greece, tax officeKEFODE Attica. Contact: info@daneio-online.gr.

What we do

We put you in touch with lenders. We record your request, understand what kind of case it is, and connect you with lenders who consider such requests.

What we do not do

We do not grant loans and we do not decide on their approval. Every decision to lend, the amount, the interest rate and the terms are set solely by the lender, after its own assessment. We do not guarantee that your request will be accepted, or how long it will take to be considered.

How we are paid

Our help with the loan is not charged to you. We are paid a commission by the lender, if the request goes ahead. Both of these are true at the same time and we say them together: you do not pay, but our fee comes from the other side of the transaction. How we are paid is disclosed to you before you commit to anything.

If you would like us to handle the paperwork as well, such as the documents or a debt settlement, these are separate, optional paid services. We tell you the price in writing before we start. Your loan request is looked at the same way whether you want them or not. Additional services

The information on this website

The texts are for information and are not an offer, a proposal or personal advice. Where figures appear — amounts, repayments or interest rates — they are indicative, come from lenders’ published terms, carry the date they were published and are not a binding offer. Interest rates change, and each lender applies its own criteria.

The details you give us

By filling in the form you state that the details are your own and accurate. Do not submit other people’s details without their knowledge. How we handle them is described in the Privacy policy.

Availability and links

We make reasonable efforts for the website to work properly, without guaranteeing that it will run without interruption. Where we refer to third-party websites — banks, public authorities — we do so that you can check the information yourself. We do not control their content.

Complaints

How to make a complaint, how long we take to reply and the independent bodies you can turn to are described on the Complaints page.

Applicable law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers, including the possibility of going to the courts where they live.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies is always the one published here at the time you use the website.
