Data controller
The controller of your data is daneio-online.gr © 2026 · powered by TAXVILLE, registered office Mavrommataion 6, 106 82 Athens, Greece, tax officeKEFODE Attica.
For any question about your data, you can contact info@daneio-online.gr.
What data we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect:
- First name and surname
- Phone number, with the country code
- Email address, optionally — if you give it, we send a confirmation of your request there
- The area where you are
- Your ΑΦΜ (Greek tax number) or the tax number of your country — lenders ask for it to check whether they can look at your request. Without it we cannot pass your request on
- The type of loan you are interested in
- Optionally, any answers you give to the short questions after your details — about the loan, your work or your business, your income and your obligations, including whether there are late payments, a record with Tiresias or debts to the tax office or EFKA. They are ranges, not exact amounts, and you can skip them all. They help us call you prepared
- Optionally, whatever you write in the “More information” box at the last step, up to 250 characters. Do not write health information, card or account numbers, AMKA (social security) numbers or passwords there: the form does not accept them. If the text appears to contain health information, we neither keep nor read it, and we tell you so in the confirmation email, if you gave us an email address
- Optionally, which additional paid services interest you, if you choose them at the last step — so that we can send you a price. They do not affect your loan request
We collect nothing else through the form. The site uses statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) only if you allow it in the cookie message — which they are, for how long, and how to change your mind, in the Cookie policy. If you reject them, nothing about your browsing is recorded.
Legal basis and purpose
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you submit the form.
The purpose is to contact you, by phone or email, about your request and, if you agree, to put you in touch with lenders. We do not use what you write in the form for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not pass them to third parties for their own purposes.
Who it is passed to
Your details are passed to lenders we work with, only as far as is needed to consider your request and only if you have consented.
For the technical running of the site and of email we use the hosting company pointer.gr, which acts as a processor on our behalf. For visitor statistics, and only if you consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), with the IP address anonymised.
To measure our ads, and only if you consent to “Advertising”, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel): it receives which pages you open and that an enquiry was sent, never the details you wrote in the form. Details in the Cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for six months from when you submit your request, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or there is a legal obligation to keep them longer.
Once that period has passed, everything you gave us is deleted: your first name and surname, phone number, email, area, ΑΦΜ or tax number, and any answers you gave to the questions, together with whatever you wrote under “More information”. Only two anonymous items remain — the month of submission and the type of loan — which do not identify you and cannot be linked back to you. We keep them to know how many requests we receive and for which products.
If your request leads to a loan, your full name and the case number appear on the invoice we issue to the lender. That invoice is kept for as long as tax law requires, because we are obliged to keep it, not because we choose to.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate details corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to the processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these rights, send us a message at info@daneio-online.gr. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
